~UGH: My phone order for some reason didn't go through, then it went through * hours later, then again about * hours later, resulting in * charges on my credit card, and to add insult to injury, not being schedule to receive my phone until next month. I called, was on hold for **mins, only to speak to someone who could barely speak English, couldn't answer any of my questions, and the only advice she could give me is whenever I receive my phone, to call back and ask for the other charges to be refunded. huh? **mins on the phone and I got ZERO resolution. It's like they want you to transfer providers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~UGH: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~UGH: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UGH: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
~UGH: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
