~beakt: Option *, * got me to the switchboard. From there, I told them about my complaint, and he transferred me to the Office of the President, who opened an executive ticket. We'll see how it goes.

~beakt: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~beakt: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~beakt: For that I would say five out of five.
