GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AT&T customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~girlrocker: The first * reps didn't help me at all but when I emailed an ATT address I found in the google search engine I received a phone call at *:**am. I sent the email at *:**am. Debra was friendly, professional and she took care of my problem with ease. I hung up the telephone once again a very satisfied customer. ATT knows how to treat their customers. Other companies treat you almost like you are a criminal. They don't cater to your needs only their own. That's why I've always been with ATT. My dad worked for ATT when I was a kid and I'm ** now. More companies need to emulate the way you handle your customers. A loyal ATT customer. Thank you. Julie Dwight
