GetHuman-tiennhu: Waste of time
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-tiennhu: I just opened a wireless service with att about * weeks ago. There was a fraud alert put on my account and my line was suspended. I faxed the proper documents they ask for. After accepting the documents, they cleared the fraud alert and they reassured me that I would have no other issues. For side note, during the time my lin was suspended I was going to the store checking up on my account and had to make a couple of runs to a fax because they said they didn't receive my fax twice. So up to date, after clearing the issues, I went into an att store to add abother line but yet there is still some kind of hold up. Spoke with customer service they said the fraud department is closed and I will have to wait til tomorrow. I voiced my fustration and how time consuming this is. The representative apologized and asked me to wait so I can talk to a supervisor. I asked him, will I be able to add a line on my account by talking to a supervisor? If not then it will be wasting more of my time. He said just wait for him. I waited ** minutes then the supervisor got on the line and said I have to wait til tomorrow. What a waste of time this company has been and on top of that they are a joke.
