~servicestinks: idiots! I asked for ONLY upgraded speed on my *.* DSL to make it ** mb and it's been a nightmare. We have a security system and said NO VOIP and guess what they came up wanting to hookup VOIP since going to *.* to ** makes it Uverse and VOIP is part of that Uverse package. After ** hrs of my husband dealing with them at our house.... two days later our phone line still got cut off....when I asked for the landline back I was told I'd have to rehook up the landline including credit check again and deposits....total idiots. I Finally called my security system and am getting them to set up wireless so I can just get rid of the waste of money landline all together. I can't wait to see my bill I'm sure that will be a total ***** up as well.....

~servicestinks: For that I would say one out of five.

~servicestinks: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
