~r_gregory: Ordered Panasonic cordless phone and received unit minus a number of accessories. Notified seller and the missing items were promptly shipped. On assembling the system it was discovered that the incorrect base unit was supplied. Seller again notified and promptly shipped the correct item. Though inconvenienced by the incidents, the seller compensated by the excellent customer service provided in resolving the issue to my satisfaction.
