~rgkla: They told me I needed to call another number but they would transfer me. The number they gave me was *** ***-****. After waiting * minutes they said that I needed to talk to Medico who handles prescriptions but they would transfer me. That number is *** ***-****. After * more minutes I got someone who said the pharmacy needs to call and ask for that information but they are the one who told me I needed to contact the insurance co.
