~KBN: Air B&B will not do anything to ensure that as the renter, your money is going to use a property that is legally available as a transient rental. Your rental could be terminated if the local authorities find out (and it is illegal) and the community can be rude if they know it is not legally done. I would never use this service without getting a copy of the HOA and county regulations to make sure what they are facilitating is even legal. hey also don't want to know about things that are violations of their own terms of service since they want the local laws to be enforced rather than policing their own members. Be careful what you think you are getting if you are a host or renter

~KBN: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KBN: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AirBnB's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KBN: For that I would say five out of five.

~KBN: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AirBnB to know who you are.
