~nerijusmikolaitis: Airbnb customer representatives have no clue what they are doing. When I called first I explained it was about airbnb not paying us, and I ask to speak to a manager as we been calling for over a month. The guy who answered the phone just hang up on me. Every attempt calling back was unsuccessful. Every time I rang back they disconnect me. Is it possible they blocked my number? *I emailked airbnb at: *****@***.com, and they replied to me about duplication of advert. Not a word that they owe me over *,*** Euros and that its overdue for * month. So I sent an email again... hopefully will get some ansers.*P.S. When I rang the first time- I ended up in italy... person on the phone told me that we been paid by American Express. WTH!? I then told her its no possible, so when I call them now they ignorying me and keep hanging up on me.**All I want is my money for the people I have hosted. How unfare that airbnb allows you to host people for free! Its * month from the first pay-out that th

~nerijusmikolaitis: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AirBnB's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~nerijusmikolaitis: For that I would say two out of five.

~nerijusmikolaitis: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AirBnB to know who you are.
