GetHuman-221139: I have used airbnb a few times now and had huge problems contacting you while on my last trip. I have another airbnb apartment scheduled for the future but am considering that this may be the last time ever. I signed the petition for NY but now wondering if I am sorry I did. You don't have a toll free number to call? You never responded to my problem before, even though I took the time to fill out your questionnaire after my vacation. I love your concept, but come on, you should be willing to give some kind of customer service.
