GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-lisa3lo: I have used them several times...some places great some not....do your own investigation before you book...ask the host as many questions as possible until you feel comfortable. Very frustrated with their customer service policy...they keep sending my info to an an old email address have given them the new one several times but they just can't seem to get it right...what are they working from a cave with no modern technology...smh...so i had to shut my whole email account down,,,really pissed off right now...they need a better tech team....how about some *th graders!!!!!

GetHuman-lisa3lo: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AirBnB's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-lisa3lo: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-lisa3lo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AirBnB to know who you are.
