~roninator: The real problem is I had to come to gethuman.com to find this phone number. Airbnb deliberately refuses to publish it on their own website. They have a growing problem caused by introduction of their idiotic 'Verified ID' implementation. By contacting them by phone I was able to get commitment that they would a) cancel my reservation, b) close my airbnb account and destroy all artifacts of my information on their systems, and c) accept from me a formal complaint to be submitted to their management. Having sent that complaint, I now await their confirmation that what I was told would be done, is actually being done.

~roninator: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AirBnB's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~roninator: For that I would say five out of five.

~roninator: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AirBnB to know who you are.
