GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Aiwa customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~John (in Chicago): I was looking for a manual to my AIWA AV-DV ** (I need to reset the digital audio after an auto-protect shut down-I know it's an odd combo of held buttons during powerup but I forgot which ones). Evidently, since Sony-San stopped supporting the AIWA line, they've dumped all info from their database for those products. Not even tiny PDF files remain. Is storage space that expensive now? Nice business model. Reminds me of Microsoft. Ouch.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Aiwa. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Aiwa problem?
~John (in Chicago): I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~John (in Chicago): I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Aiwa's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~John (in Chicago): For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Aiwa customers?
~John (in Chicago): Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Aiwa to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~John (in Chicago) taken from his Aiwa customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
