~dmiller: The reason its poor is because I can't even contact anyone to find out if I can sell my private label products. The contact form doesn't recognize my email address. Do I have to have to have an account to ask the question?

~dmiller: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dmiller: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Alibaba's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dmiller: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Alibaba customers?
~dmiller: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Alibaba to know who you are.
