GetHuman-205092: My noted wait time was the **th caller and * minutes. It counted down to * minute *th caller then suddenly my wait was * minutes. What the heck type of count down is that? I didn't know if my call would ever be received. This is not the first time they have not answered my call. The first time I ended up going to satellite. All I had was a question about office hours since they don't post it on their door or website.
