~professor: Allegiant forced our ** year old mother to wait in airport all day and most of the night with no water & only a piece of pizza for nourishment. Plane had already made an emergency landing once,then passengers waited hours, plane took off again and returned again, passengers forced to wait outside of terminal for * hours in the cold late night for buses to take them to a very bad part of town to stay in a cheap motel. Allegiant provided NO communication whatsoever for loved ones worried about passengers. TSA had to intervene and airport security were kind enough to check on passengers for family members. The next day, an Allegiant Air representative was very nasty and unproffesional, and suggested people who can't endure the hardships of air travel shouldn't fly. I pointed out this was supposed to be a simple * hour flight--not an episode of "Survivor."

~professor: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~professor: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~professor: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Allegiant customers?
~professor: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Allegiant to know who you are.
