GetHuman-369910: At **:**pm (conveniently * minutes past when a live chat rep would be available) on *.**.** I receive an email stating my flight scheduled to depart Mon the **th had been rescheduled for Tuesday morning. This is UNACCEPTABLE. This was not weather related but was due to "operational needs." I called the customer service * and after a lengthy prerecorded message was told my wait time would be OVER AN HOUR. My arrival flight was delayed due to "operational needs" as well but not by a day! Can't get a rep on the phone, even after waiting over an hour.
