~axel: Do not fly with Allegiant airlines. Southwest is *** times better.Allegiant had no *** number had to call use a long distance phone card waited a half hour. worst customer service on the planet. I made reservation two days ago flight over a month away. They fined me $** for the cancellation would not refund the rest of my money they only would give you a credit.They also have high baggage fees.Southwest had no baggage fees or cancellation charges. Rude woman on the phone.I don't think I have dealt with a worst form of customer service with any company.

~axel: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~axel: For that I would say three out of five.
