GetHuman-203232: For the last ** hours I have tried to reach someone at your airline. Each time (about ** times or more) I get the same recording about all lines busy, etc. wait is ** to ** minutes. I want to spend more $ with your airline by paying for * checked bags for both original and return flight, plus set assignment for our return flight. I tried you webb site but no luck...tried numberous times saying my address is wrong or password wrong. I even called PIE for a phone number but all I got was this ***-***-**** with the same on BS. It seems misleading to your customers to have a phone number for customer service that no one will actually answer but refers one to the internet with advice less than accurate. I don't depart PIE untill ** Dec. Hope in meantime I can add the seat selection for return flight and * checked bags for both flights. (Have seats for original flight.
