GetHuman-385081: I AM AN ** YEAR OLD WOMEN WHO THIS AIRLINE LEFT STRANDED!!!!!!!!!!! I WAS ON A FLIGHT THAT THE WEBSITE SAID WAS ON TIME. WHEN I GOT TO THE AIRPORT THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS AIRLINE DOES NOT FLY OUT ON TUESDAYS.I ALMOST FAINTED, I HAD THE CONFORMATION IN MY HAND!!!! I CALLED THE NUMBER THE AIRPORT GAVE ME AND ALLEGIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE HUNG UP ON ME NOT ONCE BUT TWICE WHEN I GAVE THEM MY CONFORMATION NUMBER!!I KEPT CALLING BACK AND THEY THEN TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE IN "DISTRESS" I AGREED TO BOOK A FLIGHT * DAYS LATER. YOU WILL SAY ANYTHING AT MY AGE. I AM ** YEARS OLD AND I WAS TREATED VERY POORLY, I WAS VERY VERY UPSET, STRESSED NERVOUS,AND BESIDE MYSELF NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO NEXT. MY DAUGHTER IN LAW BOOKED ME ON A USAIR FLIGHT TO GET HOME (THANK GOODNESS) I ASKED THE AIRLINE IF THEY ALWAYS LEAVE PEOPLE STRANDED LIKE THIS.THEY HAD NOTHING TO SAY. I COULD NOT WAIT * DAYS TO GET HOME. THIS IS "UNEXCEPTABLE" THESE DAYS. THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY MONEY OR PAY FOR THE USAI
