~azmom: I bought my tickets in April. I read the terms and conditions and decided to purchase their Tripflex in case I had to cancel. At the time of my purchase they did not have a transferrable policy so I felt okay in case I wanted to use my credit voucher for my son another time. When I tried to cancel the tickets online I got a blank screen. Then after a long hold time, I was told their new non-transferrable policy took place in June and I was out of luck!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Allegiant. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Allegiant problem?
~azmom: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~azmom: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~azmom: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Allegiant customers?
~azmom: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Allegiant to know who you are.
