~Raquel: I called your live person knowing that I would be charged a fee for doing so, however, it was okay so that I would not get anything I really didn't want in my ticket. I asked the agent, Darla, if she was sure this wall the total of my ticket price and she assured me that it was, so I bought the ticket with my visa. The next day when I got to my computer to find my confirmation e-mail I was charged more than she had assured me she was going to charge my credit card. I just got a response from the supervisor "Managenet Review Team" that states they cannot give me credit because they never guaranty the price. I only called so I wouldn't messup my reservation and then Darla, their agent did, from their office. They could review the recorded call if they wanted to but they only want everyones money not to serve people correctly. I will not fly allegiant again. I will voice my opinion whenever I can for the injustice of their service.

~Raquel: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Raquel: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Raquel: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Allegiant customers?
~Raquel: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Allegiant to know who you are.
