~Debbi: I was worried after reading the review. At first nothing came up, the chat window would not open. Then I noticed the "pop up" had been blocked by either Internet Explorer or my antivirus software. I allowed pop ups and it was only four minutes to get a response. This was around * pm CST. We had a simple question regarding carry on pricing and it was answered quickly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Allegiant. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Allegiant problem?
~Debbi: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Debbi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Debbi: For that I would say two out of five.
