~Dottie Rodrigues: first have to wait to talk to someone to long and it says **min but have waited longer. When I do talk to someone issue is not resolved. Now plane delayed and family member still waiting to leave they said they were gonna swap planes but did not and have engine trouble they should just put passangers on another airlines. Now she wants to change planes on the way back probably gonna have trouble there too. Trying to get intouch with someone goes stright to call back later tried the chat many times no one comes on. With what they charge you for every little thing seats, bags ect they need to refund the money back. She quoted I will never fly this company again. I have delt with many airlines and this has got to be the worse.
