~Vicki Schubring: No one responds*resolves problems to calls or emails. I've waited over * weeks for * presciptions which my older dog is in dire need of running out and this company doesn't have a clue how to fill after my Vet made contact the day after placing the order. They claim it was sent to shipping & still was never shipped being I live in the same state as the company resides in. Terrible customer service. Can never reach by phone. Leave message to return calls which they never return. Goe elsewhere if you need Pet prescriptions. This is not a reliable mail service.
