~PISSED: CYCLING BETWEEN PHILLIPINES AND U.S. AMAZON. TRANSFERRED TO BLACK HOLES, POOR LANGUAGE SKILLS - THREE ORDERS FROM WAREHOUSE DEALS - ALL WARRANTED USED-VERY GOOD NO DAMAGE ALL ACCESSORIES. ALL THREE ORDERS BADLY DAMAGED (NOT SHIP DAMAGE), PARTS MISSING, BROKEN AND INCOMPLETE. ALSO TWO BOXES HAD THE RETURN INFORMATION FOR THE PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS - AND THEY COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME CONDITION*INCOMPLETE*BROKEN ITEMS. ALSO ONE STILL HAD THE NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE AND CREDIT CARD INFO FOR THE CUSTOMER. DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON AGAIN. THEY DO NOT PROTECT ANY CUSTOMER INFORMATION, RETURNS ARE MERELY CYCLED OUT THE DOOR. BUYER BEWARE. I'M PLANNING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH MY STATE ATTY GENERAL AND ALSO WITH THE FEDERAL AUTHORITIES FOR (*) INTERNET FRAUD (*) BAIT AND SWITCH (*) PASSING CUSTOMER PRIVATE INFORMATION.

~PISSED: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PISSED: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PISSED: For that I would say two out of five.

~PISSED: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
