GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-rfitzva: On the day I ordered, there was a one day$** discount and a one day coupon deal which I found one dealnews.com,*The deals should have combined. Your system failed to accept the coupon. I called and complained. I got no satisfactory answer. The rest of the deal was good only that day. I went ahead and placed the order. I went ahead and opened a store card. Using it was supposed to get me $** off. It did not. Although I did get a fairly good price. This amounts to a kind of bait and switch situation. I made the decision to buy based on a promised price which I never received.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amazon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amazon problem?
GetHuman-rfitzva: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rfitzva: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rfitzva: For that I would say four out of five.
