GetHuman-trinigo: I bought a motorola phone (moto G, *th generation) about a month ago and today the charger exploded.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-trinigo: I live in a country that has ***V and the charger says that there should be no problem plugging it in here. It worked fine for about a week but today when I went to pick up the chord tu plug into my cellphone de charger caught flames for a second.

GetHuman-trinigo: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-trinigo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-trinigo: For that I would say two out of five.
