~Blsd4lfe: I called about an order i received and believed that my order was incomplete. I was politely adamant that the seller had not sent the correct amount of my product. I spoke w Cust Svc rep about my situation and she quickly investigated. She even requested a second opinion from her supervisor to ensure that she was not giving me misinformation. Although the incident did not work out in my favor, I really appreciated the fact that the Cust Svc rep had enough respect for me not as a customer, but as a person to look into my problem and seek the best solution. I LOVED that!! I will STILL order from that seller*company and I will CONTINUE to be a LOYAL Amazon customer!! I was VERY VERY satisfied with the service I received!! Excellent contact number! Very fast and professional service!
