GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-bobgray: I called the *** *** **** number about my newly bought TV Fire Stick* first got a man who spoke exceeding POOR English. He transferred me to a woman who spoken English almost as bad, then she could not help me because she said I did not have a number on the box - a number that did not exist. She also said that although sold as new it may have been one that had been sold and returned after the previous buyer who had enter information into the log-in for the Fire Stick. Her advice: return it to the place of purchase.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amazon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amazon problem?
GetHuman-bobgray: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-bobgray: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-bobgray: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
GetHuman-bobgray: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
