GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Czer: I had a seller account with approximately *** sales and **.*% postive feedback rating. Amazon blocked my seller account and won't tell me why. Finally found a number for customer service and the various reps I discussed this with said I would need to appeal with a corrective plan of action, which I have done three times to no avail. Was told I can email the appeals team but they do not have phone support. They also hold your funds in reserve for ** days before paying them out. Nice!! So Amazon can use this money for ** days, free of charge???!!

~Czer: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Czer: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Czer: For that I would say two out of five.

~Czer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
