~Unhappy Oz: Ive ordered a product * months ago. Amazon website tells me it has been delivered but it hasnt. Their website prevents you from raising a query to resolve this issue!! I have had to contact the courier who has advised that yes, it wasnt delivered, it went to wrong state and I need to discuss with Amazon. Amazon dont want to resolve customer issues, **** service model by design.
