~Luke 130e: The forst rep spoke english very poorly. She couldn't fix my kindle issue. I felt like she was just reading from a script. She said she would research the issue and call me back in ** minutes...so I waited. * hours later I called them back. The second rep spoke better english but couldn't help me. He pretty much said. "I don't know, just ignore the problem. I won't buy another Kindle if they keep this up.

~Luke 130e: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Luke 130e: For that I would say five out of five.
