Bill Carr sent me a letter NO RETURN TELEPHONE NUMBER explaining how I could access "Prime Instant Video." First he should check to see if I even want the service. Spoke to rep to have my message passed on who could do nothing. Asked to speak to supervisor and after waiting toooooo long to be connected I hung up and decided to send this missive of dissatisfaction.*Jim Eagan
