~GaryH: UPS driver attempted delivery while I was home. Heard the truck pull up and stop. It was a HUGE box. So I poked my head out the door to say he could leave it in front of the garage. On his way walking up the driveway though I began to notice a substantial gouge. I took a look at it and something had penetrated the box, the paper sort of finish wrapping and put * *-inch scratches in the top of the product. I refused delivery, went inside and called Amazon on this number. They said it could be *-* bus days to get it back from the carrier, but when they did they would send a new one out with *-day shipping.**Though not happy it was damaged, I am glad I was in a position to catch it and that, so far, Amazon seems to be doing right by me.
