GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AmeriCredit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-194903: I called * times and got * different answers on my account. once I did as instructed to pay off my loan I never received my title because of a computer glitch. then they wanted me to pay them to receive my title with in ** hrs. asked for a supervisor and was put on hold for over ** min. After speaking to someone on the management team they assured me that the title would be mailed the next day and a letter will be sent asap showing a clear title.

GetHuman-194903: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-194903: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AmeriCredit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-194903: For that I would say four out of five.
