GetHuman14437: Baggage not transferred from two cancelled flights to the flight I was on. Given incorrect information from baggage claim. Told the bag was in BDL from AA rep in Weschester, Told by BDL rep when I went to BDL the next day that it was in Tweed and would be delivered ****** at *:** PM to *** Simsbury Road in Bloomfield CT. Didn't arrive called claims service rep Andrea said shipping claim wasn't entered she would put in and bag would go out ASAP. Called to check Status and Rep Leslie said Tweed baggage closed till *:** ******* and she would put in priority order. Called at *:** to make sure order was in effect got call back in ** minutes put on hold call dropped after ** minutes. currently on another ** minute call back. The service has not only been unacceptable but a negative reflection on the AA corporation. File Number XXXXXXXXXX.
