~Roxie: I was talking to someone that obviously hated her job and I eventually got hung up on. She had no manners, no personality and I will call back and complain when I have time. Always put insurance on your bag, there are thieves in Dallas at American airlines. My son said he had some things that are irreplaceable but I guess we will snag as much money we can get. American Airlines got delayed * days in Dallas cause of * inches of snow. Hilarious.
