GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-pecasson: AA*** flight MXP to MIA on May **. The *G seat control did not work and an assistant had to move it manually to get a minimum of comfort. That was not a business class flight. What would you do?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting American Airlines. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a American Airlines problem?
GetHuman-pecasson: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-pecasson: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about American Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-pecasson: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other American Airlines customers?
