~ Wiedmer: I had a bad flight. Lightning storms, plane circling till out of gas, sitting on tarmack causing lost connection, lost luggage, overbooked flight, refused seat on plane, sleeping over night in Tokyo airport with poor situation, damaged luggage, poor help at all service desks, no English speaking persons in Japan. Airline hostesses were very nice and shocked at my story, but the AA company has some issues. At the very least, I want my luggage replaced that was broken.
