~maprow: Your wait textbox only goes to **. I actually waited * hours and still no agent.**Get it together, AA. All I want to do is change the date of my flight. I would do this online, but it's not allowed on the website. Even more insulting is that while you're onhold the overly cheerful voice tells you that you can make your reservations on the American Airlines website. Been trying to connect to an agent for * days now.**Get it together, AA.
