~bad news bears: trying to cancel a flight. Agent tells me to use my record locater to track the status. When I do that, I get a page of information with random dates associated with my name. When I ask for a call back, which comes over an hour later, she explains that they use random dates as a place holder for my ticket. Basically all the information I see is understandable to them, but not me as the customer. Then I ask for a supervisor. She then gives me another number that I need to use to track status on their refunds page. When I do that, it shows I have not requested a refund for my ticket. I try to call back because I need my money, and have to wait another hour or more to get a response. Their service *****, and their agents are incompetent.
