GetHuman-177835: I'm a customer of amex thru *xxxxx* Corporation. I'd like to share with you my experience with your customer service team. *First: ** days earlier, a gentleman from your recovery team (I'm said) wakes me up during my sleep hours (I primarily work during US hours) and informs me about a payment due against my charge.*I ask the said person to get in touch with my expense team as I'm not aware about the charge and call me back later.*Second: I haven't received a callback *Third: on my way to process a transaction I come to understand my card does not work.*Fourth: I reach out to your customer service team and the gentleman assures me of a callback within **hrs (note-i called in at **ish)*Fourth: again, no callback received*Fifth: I reach out today and the first person (I believe Sourabh) sees no problem with a failed callback and therefore I request for a supervisor, which he kindly obliges by placing me on hold for good *mins w*o informing me. Once from hold I'm transferred back to recov
