~Joe: A*C Unit wasn't producing cool air, just bought the house last Sept. Reliable Mech Serv. comes out, shoots it with Freon, charges me $***.**.. $** sevice fee, and the company (American Home Shield) doesn't cover more than $* per pound. How convenient. OK, runs good for * weeks, then not keeping up again. Call again, a week before they can come out and look again. When they do, I need a motor now. All I have to say is it better be covered. Anyway, its been a month now, every time I call, part still isn't in. Finally call American Home Shield, after ** minute wait, they pick up. So American Home Sheild calls Reliable Mech Services direct. Guess what, they now have the part and were getting ready to call me today. Still haven't heard from them. Ill hold my breath, as I haven't had any a*c since I bought my house. Almost seems to me, if there's money for them, they will be right out. If not, they'll get to you, when they see fit. I mean a month for a part??? Come on, give me a break...My
