GetHuman-105983: This is my *rd. request for my Refrigerator, the *st svc. call the Accord Appliance your contracted with is Terrible! He came **** and vacuumed the coils, that was it, well it did made Ice for a few days, and that was it! *nd. request on ****, he arrived today ******, he unscrewed the back inside the Freezer, looked at it, and said it was the Compressor needing replacement, he left and told me he will submit for the replacement to be done, * hrs. after he left i slipped in front of my Refrigerator unknowingly from 'Water" that was coming from the Freezer, upon opening the Freezer, i discovered my Food are all Defrosting, it is Hot in my area today, but my Freezer NEVER DEFROSTED until AFTER the Repairman from Accord Appliance named Howard came! I have Hundreds of dollars worth of Food that i will Need to Throw away, and YOUR COMPANY WILL HAVE TO REFUND ME THE MONEY TO REPLACE ALL THE FOOD THAT BECAMED SPOILED! i called your customer svc. and a girl name Goldie argued with me because
