~gjjec: I had a terrible experience with the Paris, TX office. The office manager there is named Debra Rowland. She was very rude with me, and very hateful with every other customer in the store. I have been in there several times and have been treated the same way. I will not be back. It should be brought to the attention of her supervisors that she behaves this way in a business setting. Her attitude is totally unacceptable by any standard of office ettiquette. Something should be done about this immediately before you lose any more customers because of her. She has tainted my opinion of this company. Having people like her working with your public is going to be bad for your business. I along with several others have decided to contact you for this reason, so you should expect to hear complaints from other customers because of her. Thank you for your time.
