~jade: I place my order on Monday and wanted to change my shipping from ground to overnight.*I called on Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs. No one ever answered the phone I was on hold ** to ** minutes every time and in all the days no one ever answered the phone. Then I found out the order i placed on Monday, did not get processed or shipped til Friday.*I feel as if I wasted my money I needed those shoes for the weekend and could have had them, if they had answered their phone. *I do not think I will order from them again.
