~Tia: Ridiculous wait time. Must have one customer service representative to handle their numerous pissed off customers. I will NEVER order from this site again. States to call before * PST to cancel your order but then also states to wait until after because of high call volumes. It does not matter when you call you're going to be waiting all **** day just for someone to lie to you and say they cancelled your order. Save your money and time people. Plenty of other websites to order from where you get all your **** and they process your order right.
