~mari: To start off this company is terrible we were excited to pick up pictures of our son just to find out that we had to wait * *** hours even with a set appointment.... any how when we finally got to see our pictures we were very very disappointed the pictures were just terrible the edit was just **** we asked if there was anything we could work out and the rep said no that's what we were taking home weather we liked it or not however he showed us better pictures of him but said he could drop the price from **** to *** ridiculously expensive and didn't help us just tried ******* us over
