GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/08/17?
GetHuman54110: Can you help me by you contacting the Anjolee.com customer service? Asking them to forgive me for making a tiny mistake with paying for the earrings and let them give me one more chance. This the first time. Because, I love their earrings and I imagine that I didn't do this mistake at all. Also, I have called them thrice they didn't forgive me at all and I had the chance to send the money by Pay-pal they refunded it to me. So, I cried a lot that I imagined that I never made this mistake with them at all. I imagine that I paid by Pay-pal straight away.
